The 2-storey Learning Resource Center (LRC) houses a library, 8 classrooms, 4 laboratories, 2 art studios, and a courtyard amphitheater. Designed with a "zero net energy" approach, it minimizes energy and water use while providing thermal comfort and user control.
The "L"-shaped layout centers around a courtyard, fostering community interaction. Located near a bay to the north and hills to the south and east, the building integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and harmony with the environment.
